I am trying to run a motor through  Roborun, configured in serial mode. I am using a "run" button in "run" tab (the last tab in roborun). It gives me following message

" Run-time error '450':
Wrong number of arguments of invalid property assignment"

I don't know what I am doing wrong here. I just press run button and this message appears every time regardless of value in "command 1" field.

The controller works fine when commands are sent through hyperterminal.

It is difficult to help you since we do not see the problem here.

Download and install the latest rev if not already running. Link is at http://www.roboteq.com/doclink.html

Which OS are you using?

Roboteq,

I am the proud new owner of an AX2550. I have set it up to test using a 5 channel RC and all is well. I went to use Roborun and I receive the same run time error that is posted here namely run time 450. I am a software engineer and would be glad to run the code in debug mode to determine what the cause of the problem is. I dont have VB6 but can use VB express edition or if the code will run in the latest version of visual studio I can try that. The problem is occuring on my laptop which is a dell latitude D630 running win XP.

Appreciate the help!

Okay, just realized that the version of roborun i just received is not the same as the version on the site. I downloaded V 1.9 and all is well. Belay that last request.

Cheers
